Includes: Beet and herring tartare, Lithuanian black bread with garlic cheese, and pickled vegetables and of course, a flight of Lithuanian Vodka Lithuanian Gold & Black Current

With Traditional Spirguciai sauce Cepelinai; potato dumpling stuffed with seasoned meat served with sour cream bacon sauce. Named after Graff von Zeppelin  because the potato dumpling are shaped similar to airship he invented

Kepta Zhuvis - Pan Seared Trout

Pan seared Trout with light lemon butter sauce. Served over sauteed spinach

Zemaiciu Blynai with Chicken

Fluffy potato pancake made of grated potatoes and stuffed with chicken. With creamy Porcini mushroom sauce
